but you failed to notice, stalling away
you grew dirtier and dirtier by the day,
until i had to grab you and pull you in
and now that you step in
its freezing cold, so cold its hot
mothers patience is gone, so shes red too
but you would not step in when it was warm,
you were endorsed in the fun of playing in the mud
but now, you regret it
